Its just rude. The fire was started because they put in a new fireplace and didnt seal off the roof properly so the flames and smoke went into the roof. Our guy thinks, he's hit the jackpot, an attractive 40-year-old mother, daughter probably late teens or early 20s, what a win. They go back to her place open the front door and she yells upstairs, "Hey mom, come downstairs I found one for us!"
