Their site no longer quotes prices for older generation repairs so I needed to contact them for a quote. Their site gives both a phone number and email address for the Cape Town branch and being no lover of the phone I sent them an email. That was three weeks ago and I've yet to receive a reply. Perhaps they don't need the business. Supporting local business only works if local businesses offer decent service. I could have ordered, received and fitted a DIY battery replacement kit from the US in the time I've been waiting for a response. It would be nice if they’d answer their email. They lost my iPod TWICE, and then wanted me to be happy because they, out of the goodness of their hearts, decided to give me a 30G in place of my 80G. Twice? Thanks, no.
