2oceansviber, Craig H, directed me to this absolutely stunning little website. It’s called The Oatmeal (theoatmeal.com) and it seems to cover the most random (yet well-researched) topics you could ever imagine, all presented graphically, in the most beautifully designed cartoons.
Take for instance, “Five Reason Pigs Are More Awesome Than You:”
Then they proceed to give you five reason why, in fact, pigs are more awesome than you. Including the fact that pigs can eat anything and the fact that they can scream louder than a jet engine (it’s true). But you need to see the way they present the information to you. Yeah man absolutely. The Oatmeal is crazy cool, I have been loving it ever since discovering it via StumbleUpon.
