Now while we do spend an inordinate amount of time in the aisles of Mabu Vinyl, I must let you know about another source I have for vinyl. And not just any vinyl, NEW vinyl. Many people are unaware that limited numbers of LPs are pressed, every time a new CD is released. Follow link for the online vinyl link!
I hope you are impressed with my three latest acquisition. First is the vinyl version of the one CD I had in every single car I have ever owned – INXS, ‘Live Baby Live’ – an album which sports arguably the most radical live crowd intros known to man. Track 1, side 1.
Along with that album are two other modern day essentials. ‘Day & Age,’ by The Killers and ‘Brothers,’ by The Black Keys. Needless to say the sound IS completely different – and all the better for it!
But those records aren’t even scratching the surface when it comes to what is available at ElvisShakespeare.com – go there now and you’ll be blown away. I’m happy to listen to all music digitally, but the special ones… I want to hold them… I want to touch them. And the sound… seriously… don’t even get me started.
For those of you who are yet to acquire a vinyl player, do yourself a favour and head through to Mabu Vinyl and get equipped. Tell them you’re a 2oceansviber and you’ll get a discount too!
