This €110 Million, 82m Superyacht Belongs In A Spy Movie

Fully equipped with a personal submarine, a helicopter that nests in a hydraulically operated hangar and water cannons, the PJ World Yacht is the ultimate floating luxury mansion that you’ve always dreamed of… and will never have.
Currently being built in Norway, the dreamboat was designed in conjunction with Rolls Royce and boat makers Palmer Johnson, and absolutely no expense has been spared. Built to be the last word in water-bound mega-mansions, the ice-class superyacht will take care of all your needs in the utmost style.
Although having a submarine or a helicopter on a yacht is not a new idea, the way the PJ World Yacht does it is what sets it apart. Unlike other yachts in its class, its submarine can be accessed via an internal docking station so that passengers to not have to disembark from the yacht before entering the underwater vessel. As for its helicopter, it perches on a hydraulic lift which is protected by large hatches on the deck, which in turn protect it from the elements. The helicopter’s hangar is also a fully equipped re-fuelling station, meaning you’ll really have to take things to limit before you have to return to land.
In terms of safety, one can never be too careful and that’s why the superyacht is decked with water cannons and thermal imaging. Making sneaking up on this luxury vessel a particularly trying, if not nigh on impossible, task.
Gizmos and gadgets aside, the owner’s quarters consume three decks, and there’s a fourth for guests. And, to make sure you forget that you’re on a yacht, it also has a public area which boasts a piano salon, a cinema, a beauty salon, a fitness centre and a private swimming pool, because there are sure to be loads of people in the middle of the ocean just when you want to take a dip.
Despite its luxury and exuberance, the PJ World Yacht still manages to keep it green, and the latest technology has been used to ensure minimal environmental impact. Even the anchoring system employs a dynamic positioning system so that environmentally sensitive areas are not disturbed.
