Boris Johnson’s “Olympic Welcome” Is Hilarious [VIDEO]

Despite a considerably busy schedule, what with the Olympic Games coming up and all, London Mayor Boris Johnson has managed to find the time to record special message to welcome travelers and athletes to his city. It’s quite something.
The spoof was made by the duo collectively known as Cassetteboy, who are also responsible for several similar videos using re-editing BBC footage, and features some choice clips.
“Something nasty is going to happen to you. Welcome to the so called Games.
“The essential point of the Games was to provide propaganda. It sends out the worst possible signal that the Games were so abundantly supplied with the luxuries of the earth.
“You’ll be sure of a big burger. It was a way of saying to everybody in the world, ‘Get some burgers or else you get eaten by a bear.”
A warm welcome indeed.
