SARU have released new laws regarding concussions and side-of-the-field assessments. How exactly will this work and does it not open up the chance of abuse? Sides could claim a player is concussed, so that they can make a substitution. Right? Bob Skinstad and Tank Lanning discussed* the ins and outs of the new laws.
