Here at 2oceansVibe we have conceived the Boss Hall of Fame so that we can pay tribute to people who excel at taking part in everyday tasks and happenings.
Our latest addition was sent in by reader Gerhard, and features an unknown sushi chef. Bored with cutting fish, however, he shows us what can be done with an apple, a really sharp knife, and outstanding finger skills.
Just for the record, we do not think it would be a good idea for you to try this yourself. Not even to impress colleagues at work over lunchtime today.
