Welcome to the gun show. Moustafa Ismail’s guns are so large he probably struggles to feed himself. However, these guns might be for nothing if the Guinness World Records finds he used implants.

Moustafa, born in Egypt, but now residing in Massachusetts, in the United States, of America, says he began his escapade to become the biggest boychay around in Egypt after a relative poked fun at his weight.

His guns now measure 78 centimetres around, and he sustains them by smashing just over three kilo’s of protein, four kilo’s of carbs and 11 litres of water, a day.

Guinness World Records is however concerned with what else he may have put into his body, and they are conducting research with medical specialists before labeling his guns the biggest.

There have been accusations of steroid use and implants – and that’s not allowed.
