Looks like the large billboards you drive past are becoming a thing of the past.
Cornett-IMS, a Kentucky-based advertising agency, has coined the concept “Beardvertising,” brilliant, isn’t it? This new little gem of an advertising gimmick lets furry men earn money (about R50 a day), by placing tiny billboards in their beards. Yes you read right.
So far, A&W and Eagle One have signed up to get their brand advertised on the miniature beard billboards.
Whit Hiler of Cornett-IMS told Business Insider:
We’re getting a ton of emails from guys with epic beards that want to host beardboards and we’re actually in talks with some brands that want to be Beardvertisers. I think we’ll probably be seeing some beardboards in the wild before too long.
