Oasis has produced some of the best songs in our lifetimes. From the likes of Live Forever to Wonderwall, Noel Gallagher has done a stellar job over the bands’ career.
This year, the band re-released Definitely Maybe, and they will be doing the same with (What’s the Story) Morning Glory?.
Back in 1996, Gallagher was interviewed by Australian TV. The clip has recently been unearthed, and shared. In the clip, he talkes about the band and how they are all up front with one another.
“People have said sometimes, ‘Oh, you’ve sort of like, disrespected so many people on the way up, what if you meet them on the way down?'” he says. “And it’s like, one, we ain’t ever gonna come down anyway, and if we do, we’ll disrespect them on the way down as well.”
Well said.
