By now you should have seen or heard about Kanye West attempting to make two people in wheelchairs stand up at a show of his, in Australia. True story.
Being such a man of many words, Kanye obviously responded, and he did this at a show a few days later, speaking to his entire audience.
Kanye’s speech is over five minutes long, and he takes this time to thoroughly explain what he is all about.
“Obviously they trying to demonize me.”
“On those songs that made them (the listeners) feel better, don’t I say offensive shit here and there, like, so wait a second, that’s my brand!”
“At my concerts, I make sure everybody has as good a time as possible.”
Excerpts from Kanye’s very own Braveheart speech completely explain why he was trying to force a kid in a wheelchair to stand up. Except that they don’t. But basically, he is saying that people should expect to be offended because he is a rapper.
I’m sure the two audience members who could not stand up were having the best time possible.
