If you guys haven’t yet picked up on 2ov’s #sushithursdays, let’s familiarise you: Every Thursday here at 2oceansvibe, we seek out the best sushi joints to dabble our taste buds in.
And in order to find the best soosh that Cape Town has to offer, we sometimes have to look slightly further than the comfort of our delightful Woodstock Exchange, even though, luckily, some of the best sushi in the Cape is right under our noses.
So here are our top 5 (in random order), and where you can find them:
1. Nuri Sushi Factory – Based on 8 Parliament Street, in the CBD.
2. Sevruga – In the V&A Waterfront
3. Edo Sushi – C/O Lower Main and Cranko Road, Observatory
4. SushiBox – In the Woodstock Exchange (Amazeballs)
5. Takumi – Park Road in Gardens
By no means are we saying that we have tried every single Sushi joint in Cape Town, but from our recent excursions, these 5 seems to stick in the 2ov staffers minds. Do try ’em out. And if there are any challengers out there, let us know!
