If you have watched Breaking Bad, and here’s hoping you have, then you will remember the pizza scene (I’ve popped it here for you to see if you haven’t seen it before). It’s a great scene. What’s not so great is the repercussions it has had for the real-life residents of the White’s home, who have lived there for over 40 years.
Apparently it’s quite a thing to go on the Breaking Bad tour in Albuquerque, stop at the house, and throw a pizza onto the roof.
Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan has lashed out, saying that “there is nothing funny or original or cool about throwing pizzas on this lady’s roof. It is just not funny. It’s been done before. You’re not the first”.
You can book your tour here if you plan on visiting the US anytime soon. Alternatively, you can go and get a Butler’s pizza and throw it on my roof (please make sure to keep it in the box so I can have it for dinner).
