Mariah Carey hey, there’s something about this woman that doesn’t sit well with me.
Not that those are views shared by the masses, Mariah the biggest selling female artist of all time. If you listen carefully to Ryan O’Connor you’ll hear that she has a staggering 18 number ones, so it’s no wonder that the KFM team were so stoked to have her on the line.
Sounds like she has been doing her homework, with this below from EWN:
It seems she had no trouble at all saying ‘Enkosi’ (‘Thank you’ in isiXhosa) and also warmed up quickly to the Afrikaans phrase, ‘Goeie môre Wes-Kaap (‘Good morning Western Cape’ in Afrikaans).
The singer added that she is very excited about coming to South Africa and looks forward to performing for local fans.

Mariah will perform at the Cape Town Stadium on April 26.
