If there’s one man you can trust to throw a good party it’s legendary joller Jack Parow. If you think you can handle the heat why not get on board?
Jack Parow, wearer of extremely long-peaked trucker hats, twirler of moustaches, and now sitar influenced musician. Enjoy this, it’s good.
The official music video for Jack Parow’s P.A.R.T.Y dropped yesterday, and it might be the most South African video ever. (Sorry, Waddy.) In the video, directed by Paul Ward, Jack is on a road trip with his buddies. He lounges on the beach, drinks at a bar, watches sport, surfs, eats at Wimpy and bounces with children and petrol attendees. Like we all do.
Jack Parrow, DJ DNA and Michel Schoots, from Urban Dance Squad came together last year in Holland to record this awesome track.
Not content with giving you Kenny Kunene and Khanyi Dhlomo live on 2oceansvibe Radio, we’re pushing the boat even further and throwing in a dollop of Owwweh!
Titled, rather appropriately, “Merry Xmas”, Parow’s latest video was shot in Durban and produced by Parow’s mate Warren Haviside. Laat die vet beats drop en die biltong hang!
If you haven’t watched Jack Parow’s new music video ‘Afrikaans Is Dood,’ check it out here. And then, when you’re done, keep reading this for the lyrics. They’re pretty gnarly..
Jack Parow has just dropped this insane music video for his song, Afrikaans is Dood (Afrikaans is dead). The plot involves Parow defending himself against a group of thieving lowlifes. What do they want to steal? His lyrics, of course!

Somewhat controversial, is old Jack Parow’s latest single entitled ‘Eksie Ou’ off his new album. It seems our boy is at it again, having a go at a number Cape Town institutions and people. From gym bunnies and hipsters to Kauai and Ice Models, nobody is safe from the sharp tongue of Parow’s favourite son. [...]
So Jack Parow appeared out of nowhere at the 2oceansvibe Media compound last week, sporting a new afro. I can’t be absolutely certain, but I have a feeling his new look could be defined as “zef.” We flew radio control helicopters around The Compound for a while, during which time he explained to me that [...]
