The Tokyo City Symphony is aimed at showing Tokyo as more of a “world-class city.” The first part of this initiative is this trippy and entertaining video of a model of Tokyo, that has been made to a 1:1000 scale. The miniature city is then transformed with 3D projections that move to the soundtrack of everyday sounds you hear in the city.
