There are a two things I love about this video, apart from the obvious of course (that being Walter Rohrl’s incredible driving). The one is how the crowd has to dart out of the way (things have changed because too many people were dying. It’s not fair how some people have to ruin it for the rest of us) and the second is the awesome porno-themed music in the background. I had a lot more going on in my mind whilst watching that video let me tell you.
But this video is just to show you a small piece of Audi’s history. In celebration of the 30th anniversary of the debut of the quattro, Audi presented the Audi quattro concept at the Paris Motor Show last week. With 300 kW of power, a five-cylinder turbocharged engine, a lightweight body and of course the latest generation of quattro permanent all-wheel drive, this is one beast of a driving machine.
