After the launch of the iPhone 5 last week, Samsung launched a print campaign mocking Apple’s employees and fanboys. They also used the opportunity to peddle their own Galaxy S3 handset.

Featured prominently at the top of the ad is the tagline “It doesn’t take a genius,” referring to both Apple Store employees and the hoards of fanboys who already reserved their new iPhone 5’s in record numbers.

But by all means, it is not only those affliated with Samsung that seem to be annoyed at all the love Apple is receiving. Check out this funny Apple spoof advert, uploaded onto YouTube yesterday:

Back to the Samsung advert. It lists some of the iPhone 5’s most talked-about features: “the 4-inch screen, 4G LTE connectivity, screen resolution, battery life and more.” Next to these are listed the Galaxy S3’s features: “taller screen, 4G LTE connectivity, higher screen resolution, longer battery life, etc.”

Fanboys were obviously not amused with the Samsung ad, so they got together and came up with the below response. The first ad is the original Samsung advert, the second the amended version by Apple fanboys, and third completely new advert made by the same fanboys.
