Top Gear has become the Jackass of the car reveiw show world. Let’s just get that out of the way.
It’s an incredible show that has raised the bar for televisual excellence, but scientifically speaking, you don’t really need to park a vehicle on top of a building, and then implode the building in order to test the vehicle’s toughness.
Similarly, you don’t need to put a car against a Vietnam-era attack helicopter in a speed test. But they do it anyway, and we love them for it.
Top Gear Korea (South) did just that. Except that the helicopter did something unexpected, by delivering its pilot into the ground with great gusto.
Apparently no one died, but this crash probably does make the pilot the Richard Hammond of Top Gear Korea.
Enjoy that.
