As Oscar Pistorius undergoes a medical examination at the Mamelodi Hospital while waiting for his court appointment, police spokesperson Brigadier Beukes has indicated that police will lay a charge of murder against Pistorius, and that they will be opposing bail. Additional, Brigadier Beukes suggests a history of domestic violence at Pistorius’ home.
It must be stressed that all of the information below is yet to be tested in a court of law.
