Let’s be honest, you probably haven’t made plans for the Easter Weekend yet. It’s a long one, and it deserves something special, but work has been so hectic since the new year kicked off, and you honestly haven’t had the time to call up a handful of B&B’s in Paternoster. And then you’re wrestling with the question of whether you should do a catered, or self-catering vibe, and then you realise that you’re late for your strat meeting.

Look, relax. Everything’s taken care of. Consider, The Easter Package.

Mount Nelson’s Easter package has been carefully thought up to give you maximum return on relaxation from your stay. Seriously, check this out.

    • For a start, there’s the luxury accomodation.
    • Full breakfast in Oasis Bistro or continental breakfast in your room, if you feel like some alone time with your main squeeze and your eggs benedict.
    • A 30-minute horse and carriage trip from the hotel to The Company’s Garden. I’m sorry, what was that? A horse-drawn carriage ride to a stunning botanical garden? Fine with that.
All that’s for the knock-em-dead price of R2 300 a night for locals.
Please note the Easter weekend special is a minimum two night stay. To book, enter the promotional code EASTER when you choose your dates.
Check out everything you’ll need to know if you decide to stay on for longer than the Easter Weekend, here. Don’t be surprised if that happens.
If you’re keener on day-tripping, you can also indulge in the following:
    Afternoon Tea on the lawns

Take off your shoes. The grass is nice. Very nice. Enjoy tea on the lawn while the kids go mental for the Easter-themed Kids Buffet Menu, offered between 14h30 – 17h30.

Tea on the lawn is R225 per adult, and R185 per child – car guard change.

The kids’ package also includes an Easter egg hunt (with an easter bunny).

    Easter Sunday Lunch

If tea is not your style and you are more of a Sunday roast type of person, a carvery lunch will be served from 12h30 to 15h30.

    Look at that picture.

Adults cost R395 a head, and kids are R250 including the easter egg hunt previously mentioned.

No more worrying about cleaning up and catering for the whole family, Mount Nelson has got you covered this easter. We hope to see you there!
