What better way to have food brought to your table than with a flying tray. This sushi restaurant YO! Sushi in central London is doing exactly that. They are using flying trays to speed up the process of moving food from the kitchen to the table. It is also a promotional ploy to advertise their Japanese rice-burgers.
The flying trays are controlled by staff using an iPad. This flying tray is aptly called the iTray. The iTray claims to be six times faster than the walking speed of the waiters.
