Details are slightly thin on the ground, but this recently published video shows vehicles marked “Police” in Ukranian closing in on a group of misunderstood businessmen as they attempt to enter their vehicles following a meeting of the board.
Organised crime is widespread in the Ukraine, which is largely attributed to the power vacuum left by the collapse of the USSR in the early 1990s.
