A group of tourists, while on a game drive in a South African game reserve caught the attention of an angry giraffe, which proceeded to chase their open-canopy 4X4 vehicle a la T-Rex from Steven Spielberg’s 1995 masterpiece, ‘Jurassic Park’.
The video was filmed by Henk Roos who stated the group had gone on the game drive after attending a wedding. Roos said:
After an amazing wedding we went on a game drive and a hormonal Giraffe started to chase our jeep.
After about 5km of being chased I started recording the chase on my phone. You can see how he gets closer and closer after every turn. We started to run out of road and the ranger banged on the side of the jeep to scare him off. We started to make a noise and he stopped.
Luckily for the group the bull gave up the chase.
