Michael Shainblum has created this fascinating video appropriately named Mirror City. The video takes you through some of America’s greatest cities like Chicago, San Francisco, San Diego, Las Vegas and Los Angeles in a kaleidoscope-esque visual story, to the sweet music of Bassnectar – Butterfly (ft. Mimi Page).

In his write-up on Vimeo, the director said:

When I first started Mirror City, I wanted to create a video that was completely out of the norm. I wanted to showcase something unique and artistic, which takes time-lapse photography into a more abstract direction.
