The World’s Smallest Pony Has Been Stolen [VIDEO]

Charly, the world’s smallest (hence, cutest) pony has been kidnapped from a horse fair in Italy. The police, who aren’t horsing around on the issue, are suspecting the mafia will hold the pony for ransom.

Who can blame them? Just watch the video. Charly is beyond adorable, a natural showman and pretty easy to steal, he’s about the same size as a dog. Reports say the thieves cut through the netting of the pony’s enclosure at the 47th National Horse Show, in Citta di Castello, and escaped with the animal through a nearby tobacco field.

Charly’s owner, Bartolo Messina, said on Facebook:

I never imagined having to write this but unfortunately it has happened and I feel empty, violated and destroyed!
