Look at Marilyn Monroe’s natural beauty. Now stop, because it’s all a lie. Medical files have been discovered that prove that the 1950s sex-symbol went under the knife to achieve that “natural beauty” we all know and love.

The files, which include medical records and X-rays of the starlet, confirm that she had work done on her nose and chin to fix what she called, a “chin deformity,” between the 1950s and 60s. The files also show that she used pseudonyms when checking into these procedures, but we all know privacy went out the window long ago.

The medical files will go on auction on November 10 in Beverly Hills.
