Bar Refaeli, widely believed to be the hottest woman in the universe, has stained her skin permanently using a subcutaneous needle.

She kicked off the new year with a trip to the local tattoo shop, and celebrated her new acquisition with this post on instagram.

It’s a dainty little butterfly-thing that is finished in white ink. How pretty!
