Another 80 Foot Wave Of The Year Entry [VIDEO]

Next to Mario, Andrew Cotton from the UK might be the plumber with the biggest balls. Cotton rode an 80 foot monster of a wave off the coast of Nazare, Portugal. His ride has been submitted for this year’s Billabong XXL Big Wave Awards.

Cotton heard of a huge Atlantic storm off the Portuguese coastline, so he packed his bags and off he went. In the video he catches a swell believed to be 8o feet high. It’s a wonder how his board could float at all with those two steel balls of his weighing him down.
