UK Mugger Strangles Victim Until He Faints – Then Robs Him [Video]

This is a pretty labour intensive way of mugging someone, and this guy is either very skilled or very lucky that he didn’t end up causing his victim more serious injuries.
The attacker, dubbed the Hugger Mugger, is shown in the clip above putting his arm across his victims throat to cut off the air supply for just long enough that the victim passed out so that the assailant could escape with his watch.
If you are going to go to so much trouble to steal someone’s watch without them fighting back, don’t do it when you are on CCTV surveillance.
