Police brutality is something that’s still plaguing modern society, and a new attack on a woman has proved exactly that.
A California Highway Patrolman was the one behind the attack, and was caught on video beating a woman on the side of the highway.
The officer claims that he was trying to restrain the woman because she was endangering people’s lives by walking on the highway.
Los Angeles civil rights leaders are demanding a federal investigation into the incident.
