To avoid the intense temperatures of Dubai’s region, developers are planning to build a climate-controlled enclosure that will rival the size of a city.
Called the Mall of the World, the area would include 100 hotels and luxury apartments, a “wellness district” designed to attract medical tourists, and the largest planned theme park in the world; and Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the ruler of Dubai, is excited for the plans to be rolled out.
