The Islamic State militant group, ISIS, has released a new video showing British hostage John Cantlie addressing President Obama’s “disappointingly predictable” military strategy.

Cantlie is a photojournalist who was captured by the group in 2012 alongside James Foley, who was murdered by a masked ISIS member in a previously released video.
