In football, as with most things in life, communication is key. Defenders shout out marking instructions, the keeper lines up his wall and corner routines are worked out on the training pitch.
None of these three seem to have been done by Bafana during their winless AFCON campaign, but it seems the communication lines may have been broken off the field too. Two of the Bafana squad, Themba Zwane and Ayanda Gcabe, have apparently been sending sordid texts to the same woman.
We should mention, before we go any further, that this story originates from The Daily Sun. Those familiar with the paper will know they have laid down a few whoppers in their time, so proceed with caution.
Right, onwards. The woman in question, university student Lerato Ngobeni, has reportedly been asked for a few ‘punani pics’ by the duo. These quotes from TimesLive, who are also running the story:
Zwane asked a University of Johannesburg student Lerato “Leera” Ngobeni to send him a pic of her private parts on WhatsApp messenger…
Six days after Zwane’s chats with Lerato, Ayanda also asked her to send him a picture of her punani. Lerato responded by saying:”you know how it looks mos”. Gcaba then replied: “I’ve missed seeing it.” Lerato promised Gcaba she would send the punani selfie when “I take a bath.”
Thanks to a failure to win any of our three group games, despite taking the lead in each of them, the team have arrived back home. Quite who made it to her place first is unknown, although if our shooting accuracy on the field is anything to go by they probably both got lost on the way.
