Anyone familiar with the saying ‘the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree’? Well, not to sound callous or anything, but it seems that is very much the case in the Houston household.

In an eerily similar incident to the one three years ago that claimed her mother’s life, Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of Whitney Houston, was found face down in a bathtub on Saturday. She has now been placed in a medically induced coma. This from CNN:

Brown, 21, “was not breathing” when a man identified as her husband and a friend found her at about 10:25 a.m. inside her townhouse in Roswell, Georgia, said police in the Atlanta suburb. They called 911 and performed CPR until public safety officers arrived and took over…

It is not known what caused Brown to pass out in the tub, and investigators say they found nothing that pointed towards drugs or alcohol.

Not to sound overly pessimistic but I would suggest the investigators give the place another once-over. Most incidents I know of bathtub snoozes involved alcohol…and plenty of it.
