I completely understand that the groom gets nervous before his wedding (even Chandler freaked out the morning of his wedding to Monica), but having a seizure is a bit too much (OK, OK, I don’t know if he had the seizure from nerves…)
Jugal Kishore and Indira were in the middle of their nuptials when Jugal had an epileptic fit. He was rushed off to hospital, and Indira got really, really angry.
Apparently the family had hidden Jugal’s “health issues” from her.
She declared she would marry any person among the guests, who was willing to accept her as his wife.
Fair play, I guess.
She ended up marrying one of the guests, finishing the nuptials just before her would-be-husband returned from the hospital.
He tried convincing the young woman to marry him, even pleading he would not be able to face friends or family if she refused.
Poor guy. It soon escalated into a “major fight between the two parties” and police had so be called to dissolve the situation.
In theory that’s like walking down the aisle, your fiancé faints, and you marry one of the groomsmen.
