  • Grown Man In His Forties Wants To Get These 29 Miley Cyrus Tattoos Removed After She Said It Was Creepy (Rightly So!)

You know that story that people trot out about being wary of the tattoos you adorn your body with and how you might later regret them? Looks like someone never got that memo.

42-year-old Carl McCoid from Yorkshire is a Miley Cyrus fan. Not your ‘buy a ticket for your children when she rolls into town’ kind of fan, mind you, but the kind of fan who inks his body with 29 separate tats in her honour. He has now come to his senses, although the almost £3 000 he has spent is money pissed down the toilet. Here’s the Daily Mail:

Mr McCoid said: ‘I got my first tattoo of Miley…in 2010, but it got to the point where it was getting obsessive.

‘Right now I have 29 tattoos done and have spent £2,800. I never thought I would regret it.’

The star has even blocked Mr McCoid on Twitter because of his obsession and he was branded a ‘stalker’ by the American media.

You have to feel that they have a point there. Would you be surprised if I told you that the man was divorced? Of course you wouldn’t.

‘I’m only regretting them now,’ he said. ‘I never thought about it too much, but they have had a psychological affect on me.

‘Then she mentioned they were creepy in an interview. It made me realise I didn’t like them.’

McCoid now wants to have three of the portraits laser-removed, a process that is set to cost even more than the horrid artwork did in the first place.

Moral of the story? Think before you ink kids, and that goes for those Chinese (or Arabic) symbols and tribal tattoos as well.
