If you happened to catch Carte Blanche last night (just after this horror) you’ll be up to speed with who Sydney Frankel is. In case you missed it Frankel is a billionaire businessman who stands accused of sexually assaulting at least seven children decades ago, those seven now filing a civil lawsuit against Frankel.
One of the alleged victims, Nicole Levenstein, called and spoke to both Frankel and his wife in August 2013. Those phone calls form part of legal papers filed on Frankel’s lawyer on Wednesday of last week.
During the Carte Blanche story the seven alleged that they had been fondled and assaulted by the then-adult Frankel, some of the assaults occurring when the victims were as young as seven.

Because the incidents in question happened more than 20 years ago Frankel may well not be charged criminally. Quite why some crimes of a sexual nature can be brushed under the carpet after 20 years is one you’ll have to ask your lawyer friends about, I’m at a complete loss here.
