Tragedy struck at a rally in northwest Spain, a car colliding with spectators after a crash and killing six people.
Worse yet two of the victims were pregnant women, with five children amongst the at least 16 others injured in the crash.
The Rally de A Coruña is a part of the Galician Championship and has long been a fan favourite, spectators lining the course to watch the high speed action.
Both the driver and his co-pilot emerged from the crash unscathed, with police now investigating exactly what caused the crash.
