There used to be a show called Kids Say The Darndest Things, hosted by a certain Bill Cosby, that gave children the chance to voice their opinions on a range of issues. This would usually lead to a good chuckle, although I don’t remember the subject of politics being raised all that often.
Well here at home we like to do things a little differently, these two kids comparing the relative merits of Jacob Zuma and Julius Malema. It appears these youngsters don’t think much of Jacob or his wanton spending on Nkandla, with Julius getting their vote of confidence.
My personal favourite is where Dimpho manages to voice the number R246 million with a greater degree of expertise than the man who sanctioned its spending.
We laugh, because what else can we do…
