We should all be glad there isn’t video footage of us celebrating the final whistle on Saturday, I’m not proud of some of the things I screamed at the top of my lungs.
One man whose every move was recorded for posterity was Bok coach Heyneke Meyer, who we know from his national anthem singing is pretty passionate. Even by his standards Saturday’s final whistle antics were animated though, his relief at the 23-19 win over Wales plain for all to see.
Five days until we face the might of the All Blacks – if you think celebrating a squeaker against Wales is intense imagine getting one over on Richie and his boys.
How about this one as well, the Proteas clearly channeling their inner Heyneke with these celebrations after Fourie’s try in the corner?
