This Local Legal Expert Believes Oscar Is In Real Kak [Video]

Yesterday saw Barry Roux and Gerrie Nel resume battle in the Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA), the State arguing that Oscar Pistorius should be convicted of murder.

The general feeling at the completion of the day’s battle was that Gerrie Nel and the State had come out on top, so much so that Roux even quipped that his client would lose.

Here is the renowned legal mind William Booth’s take on the matter, the criminal defence attorney not painting the prettiest of pictures for Oscar.
