Yesterday saw Barry Roux and Gerrie Nel resume battle in the Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA), the State arguing that Oscar Pistorius should be convicted of murder.
The general feeling at the completion of the day’s battle was that Gerrie Nel and the State had come out on top, so much so that Roux even quipped that his client would lose.
