We give you a lot of eye candy when it comes to the images that drones get in on. But this, this is probably the best footage I’ve seen. It might have something to do with the fact that today’s swell is cooking and seeing that perfectly formed wave is making my mouth salivate at the prospect (because, like, I totally surf) but damn, it’s some good footage.
Taken off of the coast of Teahupo’o in Tahiti even the cinematography is to die for. From the rolling waves to the seductive landscape, if you have ever piloted a drone you will know just how difficult it is to capture something as beautiful.
Enjoy, catch you in the waves. Not.
