There are always rumours going around on how Kate Middleton keeps her tiny frame – especially now that she has birthed two heirs of the crown.

On the couple’s first royal visit to India in two years Kate kept smiling, saying she was just reciprocating to everyone “who was so warm”.

When asked how she kept so slim, she told a party guest that it was from constantly chasing after her young children.
