Not just a pretty face then, ‘ol Kate.

Miss Hudson took to the stage on Friday for her mother Goldie Hawn’s ‘Love in for Kids’ benefit concert, belting out Prince’s ‘Nothing Compares 2 U’ like a boss.

It also doubled as an early Mother’s Day present for Goldie, and of course she had to post it on social media or else it just wouldn’t have mattered as much.

Here’s Goldie with the pair’s plans for the big day:

“We’re going to Kate’s,” Hawn said. “Everybody’s kids will make things, and all the guys will be there, and then we’ll all get in bed and eat.”

That’ll do just fine.
