Wow, Hollywood really does love a superhero movie these days.

Next off the assembly line is Wonder Woman, who will be played by actress Gal Gadot. She tweeted out the first movie poster, and thus gave everyone their first look at what fans are in store for.

    Here’s that tweet:

    More from the LA Times:

Shown in three-quarter profile, sword drawn, Gadot’s Wonder Woman stands framed by billowing red smoke and blue sky. “Power. Grace. Wisdom. Wonder.” serve as the poster’s tagline emphasizing [sic] the character’s iconic initials.

But the detail spurring the most notice in the poster is the intensity of color found in Gadot’s costume, which features significantly more vibrant hues than displayed previously when introduced in Zack Snyder’s “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” earlier this year.

Then this magazine cover from Entertainment Weekly:

More on lead actress Gal Gadot, and how Princess Diana inspired her, from the Daily Beast:

“Wonder Woman has the strength of a goddess and the heart of a human,” a beaming Gadot told over 6,000 fans packed into the San Diego Convention Center, some of whom camped out overnight for first glimpses at upcoming blockbusters like Suicide Squad and rival studio Disney’s Marvel presentation later in the day.

Gliding onstage, an emotional Gadot took a moment to take it all in as she got a panel of her own to reign over. She told the audience she’d watched a documentary on Princess Di before filming the June 2, 2017, tentpole with director Patty Jenkins. “She said she leads from her heart and not from her head,” Gadot said. “And I think the same is true of our Diana.”

You’re all caught up now, so let’s just watch the first trailer (released at Comic-Con) and be done with it:
