Movie stars are cool, musicians are cool, people who don’t use 12 hashtags per Facebook post are kinda cool – but none of those come close to the cool factor of cracking it as a professional surfer.
Take local lad Jordy Smith for example, who travels around the world pulling off moves most people who have ever tried to stand up on a board can only dream of.
Now he’s dropped a new compilation of unseen footage on his Vimeo channel, with this to say about it:
I’ve been so unsure with what to do with all my footage over the last year or two I decided to just get out out there. I commissioned good friend and one of the best film makers I know to edit it, Blake Myers. I hope you like what he created.
