  • Is This The Worst Drunken Online Purchase Ever? This Guy In Ibiza Had A Shocker

This is the reason many people I know stop drinking such excessive amounts of alcohol – or any at all.

I mean, we have all had it happen, that one night out that costs us much more than we would ever have budgeted for – but has it ever cost you R540 000?

    Yeah, you’re good.

So this DJ was having a really good time in Ibiza, of course, when he realised he had bought a bus on eBay. Yup, a bus.

The realisation hit him when he looked at his phone after walking out of the club and there it was: the confirmation of purchase of a bright blue Scania Irizar Century Coach for £28 500.

However, he is unsure if he bought the bus intentionally or pocket dialled it. You see, his dad has been using his phone to look up busses out of curiosity, but that was it.

Davie Little then went to Facebook for help:

    Bleak times.

He has since contacted eBay with the story, and although he is yet to hear back from the e-commerce company, he hopes they have good news.

But Metro contacted eBay and a spokesman replied, saying:

It’s important to note that buyers enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item if they win an auction on eBay, but if they feel they have a legitimate reason for not buying the item they should contact the seller.

I would have to say that’s a pretty legit reason, or should he pay for his actions?
