Yes, yes, I know.
This year’s iPhone is yet to be released, and rumours of next year’s generation are already flaring up.
I guess it keeps things interesting, no?
Well, the latest report from Bloomberg suggests that in 2017 Apple will, like a character in a soapie who has become boring to the masses, kill off the home button.
In July, it was reported among many other rumours, that the iPhone 7 might not have a home button, but that rumour just cannot be ignored.
The other crazy rumour for the iPhone’s 10th anniversary (which is why this year’s iPhone is probably going to be lank boring) has to do with the TouchID sensor. It appears that Apple may build TouchID into the display itself.
Let’s leave that up to Apple to figure out, though.
